Carmen did the best job assisting us in the sale of our home! The photos were so flattering which really helped get eyes on the house. He fielded the flooding of showings we had with great professionalism and had our house sold in less than 4 days in a bidding war! He went above and beyond to help us meet the buyers needs right up until closing day. I couldn’t recommend Carmen and his team more. I’ll never buy/sell another home without him!

Carmen made buying a house an easy and enjoyable experience. As first time home buyers, we had no idea what to expect or how to navigate the home buying waters. With Carmen, none of that mattered. Carmen was there every step of the way and every time we needed to speak to him whether it was 8am or 8pm. We needed some work done on our house we bought and Carmen recommended contractors to us which we used and they were all fantastic and reasonably priced. If you want the most stress free home buying or selling experience then Carmen Winters is the realtor you should choose. We have recommended him to all our family and friends and will continue to do so because he is the best in the business.
