Carmen’s quick thinking and strategic insights helped us get our dream home in a difficult market, and we are forever grateful. We moved from out-of-state and Carmen went above and beyond to accommodate us from afar and make the process as smooth as possible, including pre-touring homes and even providing FaceTime walk throughs until we could make the trip ourselves. We knew we were in good hands the entire way.Not only did he help us find our lovely home, he walked us through the buying process, advocating for us where appropriate and communicating "things to keep in mind" as we considered options. He even showed us how our boiler worked and general maintenance tips since we had never owned one! We are in love with our home and are so grateful for the ease and joy that went into this experience. I can confidently say Carmen had a direct impact on that positive experience and would do it all again, if we didnt love our home so much already.
